Введение. В статье представлен обзор актуальной внутриполитической ситуации в Мексике в преддверии президентских выборов 2024 г. Данный вопрос представляет особый интерес для отечественной науки в связи с вниманием, оказываемым в последнее время развитию двусторонних связей между Россией и странами Латинской Америки. Предсказуемость и наследственность внешнеполитического курса Мексиканских Соединенных Штатов, а потому и потенциал развития сотрудничества с Москвой находится в прямой связи со стабильностью администрации А. Обрадора.
Материалы и методы. Методологическую основу исследования составили методы системного и сравнительного анализа, статистический, а также формально-логический метод.
Результаты исследования. В результате проведенного исследования изучена актуальная внутриполитическая обстановка в Мексике и возможность сохранения позиций правящей партии «МОРЕНА» и влияние на ситуацию различных негативных факторов.
Обсуждение и заключение. Результаты проведенного исследования позволяют оценить возможность выстраивания среднесрочных межгосударственных отношений между Российской Федерацией и Мексикой с учетом прогнозируемой победы правящей партии на президентских выборах в ноябре 2024 года.
Introduction. The article presents an overview of the current domestic political situation in Mexico on the eve of the presidential elections of 2024. This issue is of particular interest to domestic science in connection with the attention recently paid to the development of bilateral relations between Russia and Latin American countries. The predictability and heredity of the foreign policy of the Mexican United States, and therefore the potential for developing cooperation with Moscow, is directly related to the stability of the administration of A. Obrador.
Materials and methods. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of systematic and comparative analysis, statistical, as well as formallogical method.
Results of the study. As a result of the conducted research, the current domestic political situation in Mexico and the possibility of preserving the positions of the ruling MORENA party and the influence of various negative factors on the situation were studied.
Discussion and conclusion. The results of the study allow us to assess the possibility of building medium-term interstate relations between the Russian Federation and Mexico, considering the predicted victory of the ruling party in the presidential elections in November 2024.
