Abstract

This review is devoted to the book by Smirnov A.A. «Formation of the system of legal support of information and psychological security in the Russian Federation». The author reviews the existing approaches to the classification of types of information and psychological impact, presents the results of the analysis of the current Russian legislation, identifies problematic areas of domestic law, and presents recommendations regarding the improvement of legal mechanisms for ensuring information and psycho- logical security in Russia, taking into account foreign experience.
