Abstract

In recent years, the role and significance of digital diplomacy in international relations has been growing. Digital technologies are changing the diplomatic activities in all its diversity: from negotiating and preparing documents to performing representative functions and promoting the image of the country abroad. The book under review systematizes all current trends and prospects for the development of negotiations in the context of digital transformation.
